Welcome to a new year at Northern Middle School. My name is Rollin McFarland, math teacher for the Braveheart team. I look forward to continuing my work with your child. Last year I taught the Math plus class in sixth grade so I know all of the students already. I can already tell that many have matured over the summer and I have high expectations that everyone will perform quite well in my class. I am a graduate from Lindsey Wilson College with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades education. I emphasized in mathematics and Social Sciences. I have been married to over seven months now and my wife is also hoping to become a teacher in the near future. I still enjoy doing a lot of the things I did as a student and I think this helps me relate to the students I have in class. If any student or parent has any questions or concerns they may call or email without hesitation. I will continue to do my very best to make sure our kids get the education and care they deserve.
