Oak Hill Elementary School

This is my tenth year teaching in Pulaski County. I teach Art at Oak Hill and Woodstock Elementary. I graduated from Campbellsville University in December of 1998 with a Bachelor's in Art Education K-12. I started teaching here in 1999. I received my Master's in Educational Administration and Leadership in 2002 from Eastern Kentucky University. I am originally from Illinois but moved to Kentucky to play volleyball on scholarship at Campbellsville. After graduation, I received my first job teaching here in Pulaski County and here I have stayed. I truely enjoy my job teaching art and the interaction with the children. I am single with no children. I still actively play volleyball in tournaments around Kentucky and Tennesse. I also help out at various volleyball camps and with volleyball leagues from time to time. Since my move to Somerset, my younger sister has moved to Lexington, Ky and my older sister to Harrodsburg, Ky. So, it has also been nice having family within an hours drive. :-)
