Kentucky Core Content Testing begins Monday, April 21st. It is extremely important that your child is here on-time, everyday. Please make sure your child gets a good night of rest, and has breakfast either at home or at school. We are planning some very exciting things for the students during the two weeks of testing. Fifth grade teachers have sent home a checklist that has test-taking strategies on it. Please look over this checklist and encourage your child to do their best everyday. Your encouragement at home will help your child reach their full potential. We will be using the checklist to determine whether or not the student gets to participate in a reward we are planning for after testing. Thank you so much for sharing your children with me this year. I love being their teacher!
