Hello! My name is Heather McGuire and I am the new 6th grade math teacher on the Wizards team. I am very excited about the year to come!
A little about me...
I am 23 years old. I live in Rockcastle County, where I have lived my entire life. I graduated high school in 2004. I attended the University of Kentucky for 3 years with a few different majors including agriculture and finally ending at education. I transfered to Eastern Kentucky University in 2007 and completed my degree in Middle Grades Education there. I graduated in May 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education with an emphasis in Math and Social Studies. I am married to a wonderful man, Chris. We were married in December 2008. He is also a middle school teacher at Somerset Christian School.
