CLASSROOM PROCEDURES
1.Raise hand before you do anything in class (sharpen pencil, talk to teacher, get out of seat, bathroom, etc.)
2.No talking while teacher or others are talking, this means no blurting out in class
3.Be in seat when bell rings and start Bell Work
4.Pick up missed assignments in designated area for each day missed
5.Turn in all homework assignments in designated trays
6.Make up any and all assignments missed and turn in assignment in late work tray
7.Must re-do assignment until achieve passing grade at minimum
8.Write down the days objective, essential question(s), and homework assignment in your math folder/notebook each day
9.Put back all calculators at end of class period and all other material borrowed
10.Leave classroom quietly when bell rings and put all trash in trash can
CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE PLAN
First Time= Warning
Second Time= Time out within room
Third Time= Parent contact and/or Referral
Fourth Time= Referral for detention with parent contact
