Hello! My name is Billy Ray Norris. I am the new principal at Shopville Elementary. Previously I was principal at Tyner Elementary in Jackson County. I have twenty-four years experience in education, seventeen of those years as an administrator. My philosphy on education is that all students can learn. I feel that all decisions made at school should be made in the best interest of the students. Also, parent and community involvement are very important to being a successful school. My goal for Shopville Elementary is that we provide the best possible education for our students.
