My name is Amy O'Bryan and this is my second year at Oak Hill Elementary. I taught first grade last year and am now teaching kindergarten. I was the Title I teacher at Murray Independent before moving to Somerset and have five years experience as an assistant in headstart and fourth and fifth grades.
I have three children, Katie, age 18, attends Western Ky. University, Jacob, age 16, attends Southwestern High School, and Isaac, age 10, is a fifth grader here at Oak Hill. My husband, John, and I graduated from Nelson County High School and Murray State Universtiy together and have lived here in Somerset two years. I also have a Great Dane named Phoebe who is a BIG part of our family.
I feel very fortunate to be a part of Oak Hill and love living in Somerset. I am excited about teaching kindergarten and look forward to a year full of discovery and learning with your child.
