Hello! My name is Angela Evans. I was a first grade teacher at Burnside Elementary for 5 years, but this year I am excited about my new role and responsibilities as Burnside's Reading First Coach! The Reading First Program has given us research-proven training and resources to help our students experience reading success! As the coach, I will be here to support the staff, students, and parents on that road to success! It is my goal as the Reading First Coach to ensure that all children are reading at grade level before exiting the primary program! I know it's going to be a wonderful and exciting year at Burnside Elementary School!
