The Pulaski County Assessment of Reading / PAR
PAR is given school-wide at grades K-3.
It assesses specific reading skills for each indvidual student.
After the assessment is given, the teachers recieve a list of specific strengths and weaknesses for each student in their class.
The assessment is given twice during the school year to check for mastery.

PAM is given school-wide at grades K-5.
It assesses specific math skills for each indvidual student.
After the assessment is given, the teachers recieve a list of specific strengths and weaknesses for each student in their class.
The assessment is given three times during the school year to check for mastery.
We have many services provided before, during, and after the school day. They include Scotts Foresman Sidwalks, Reading Recovery, Great Leaps Reading, Number Worlds, Learning Corps, Math tutoring, and Math Coachers. These services are helping our students reach a higher level of proficiency.
